But....if you live for 80 years for something, then you did live life for a reason! :-D So, in reality the only real way to live life to the fullest is to believe there is something more to live for...because you are living for a reason. I guess if you believe there is a heaven, and you are happy with your life because you are happy with where you THINK you will be going, then you arent wasting a life. Of course...if there isnt a heaven or any life after death...then you wont be sad about "wasting a life"...and you will never know the difference of whether you lived it to the "fullest" or not...so either way it doesnt matter what the heck you do. Be it you live on the wild side...or you believe you need to be very unwild. Either way...as long as you are happy on earth that is all that matters. Right?

religion was spawned of fear, nobody knows what happens when you die and they simply could not accept the possibility that death is like a faint that you never wake from. then suddenly these people had all the answers, so the fearful sheep began flocking to their shepherds. Its retarded, why fear the inevitable? Youre going to die whether or not you know what happens after death (which you cant), the only way to know what happens is to die, so if youre so curious the easy solution is to kill yourself, and whatever happens is going to happen, whether youre religious or not. If god expects you to pick the right religion out of so many, then he is a douchebag. what if you live a good christian life and you reach the gates of heaven and theyre like "whoops sorry, youre not muslum and you didnt blow yourself and 30 other people up so no virgins for you! ill tell allah you said hi though
