I will be leaving here in 5 1/2 hours for home. I'll be arriving at 9:40 am, spending a broken Thanksgiving with my mother at 1 pm, then heading over to my grandmother's house at 5 pm. The D&D meeting went very well. I entered the encounter at the end of the "season" where I stumbled upon an epic final fight with a dragon. It was pretty fun to see each person try to find the best course of action for dealing with a cursed crown and an awakening dragon. Last Saturday I saw an advertisement for a vineyard church in Cambridge on the commuter rail so I decided to give it a whirl. The visit was awkward and brought more light into an already well lit room on how I feel about God in general. Crap... I expected high prices going into this but it's going to be at least $550 round trip for me to come down this thanksgiving. I'm going to try and pool what little money I can from my family to help ease the financial burden.
