Yes, it was small, but no one thought to do that before you did. Your observation of the problem and your phone call fixing it made a large difference.

I know what you mean. Sometimes you do something little, and it has such big ramifications that you didn't expect. Or it seems like such a big deal to the people who are positively affected by it, and you're almost embarrassed as you said, or just not feeling you are deserving of the level fo gratitude they are showing for what it is.
