I went in today to get a new allegra prescription (nothing exciting, just ran out). I casually mentioned to my doctor that since the last time I saw her I can't eat soy at all and I carry benadryl with me just in case I do. She got all serious and said I had to have an epipen. Probably. ;) Although I don't think one Kit Kat would have done me in, I guess I don't really know what will anymore. Don't really want to find out.
