I've wanted Joe for President for over two years. I can certainly handle having "Vice" in front of it.

I went in today to get a new allegra prescription (nothing exciting, just ran out). I casually mentioned to my doctor that since the last time I saw her I can't eat soy at all and I carry benadryl with me just in case I do. She got all serious and said I had to have an epipen. The sellers of my new house came back with a counter offer on the inspection stuff. It was acceptable, so I approved it. It's not what I asked for, but it's much better than nothing. So now both house and condo are officially sold. Closing and moving in a few weeks. Yay ( Read more... )

It's broken again. Almost 4 weeks exactly (one day later). It's currently cold like it should be, but last night the bread in my freezer was thawed and the ice cream was nearly liquid. The water in the fridge was about tap-temp.

And of course the soonest Sears can be out is Monday.

I guess I'll get the coolers out of storage again just in case.

My condo went on the market on Monday afternoon. I got an offer today (5 days later) and I accepted it. It's not full price, but it's pretty close and ... it's cash. Hard to beat that.
