Day 14/90 and let the soreness begin!
202.8 again. No loss today, no change... except, I am extremely sore. All the muscles in my upper body complain all the time and my quads let me know they existed when I tried to kneel down. Day 13/90 and nanowrimo
Well we weighed in at 202.8 today so boo on that. Though it did make me happy that I didn't weigh myself yesterday because I just know it would have been bad. So 3 lbs to go before I can celebrate. Now I just need to behave myself this weekend and somehow manage to get that extra work out in when I know for a fact that I won't be home. Still ( Read more... ) -
Day 12/90 - still haven't been able to do that make-up exercise
At least... I didn't fall further behind is all I have to say. I was terribly ill yesterday thanks to being lactose intolerant to milk shakes. Generally speaking I'm fine, I can have cheese, yogurt and even a bowl of cereal without an issue... but milk shake... no go. So all my plans to work out were dashed by gas and pain. Day 11/90 going strong... so far?
Down to 201.6... I think? This is what I get for not writing it down. :/ Tomorrow I'll re-weight and do my make up work out.
That's it for tonight... I'm exhausted and I still have a few hundred words left for my NaNoWriMo tonight. -

Alright, so I'm working the night shift and all my problems generally occur in the first hour I'm here and then if I'm lucky they don't come back after that. Day 10/90 - Not Keith Olbermann!
OK, so the weight lifting is about 10 minutes shorter than the aerobics. It only took me two weeks to completely time it, but yeah... that might be one of the reasons I find it 'easier' because it isn't nearly as long. Anywho... down .2 lbs to 202.8 today. Day 9/90 - woot... going strong?
203 lbs today. I think that's a drop? 4 more lbs and I'm having a mini-celebration. Just me and a bottle of port. Gotta celebrate the little things right ( Read more... ) -
Day 8/90 - weight lifting is better
I knew this already but I figured it needed to be said 'out loud' so to speak. I much prefer the weight lifting when in actuality it is the aerobics I need more. That figures eh? It goes right up there with 'I like brownies more, but I need lettuce more.' It isn't that I hate lettuce, just given the choice I'd always take the brownies... ( Read more... ) -
Day 7/90 - just keep swimming...
I'm not even 10% of the way there and I'm already having to fight with myself over doing the work out. Week 2 blues! There were a few times now that I've gotten to week two and not gotten any further. The difference this time is that I'm still over 200 lbs here in lovely week 2.
