Ben,
the whole maintaining a journal seems tough. But as you can see from Vickey, it can be done as an interesting read or as just a random way to put your thoughts down. A lot of our work is political so its hard to say things without the wrong ppl finding out. Or just finding the time to sit every other day to write things down. But i am interested in how you are going and hope things are going great at the moment.
