Rocking my 'Howard Roark, Architect' golf shirt at work today. I honestly think two coworkers recognised it, including my direct manager. They kept flicking their gaze to it during the morning meeting. I felt like Harry Potter, or the first girl in grade 7 to get boobs. Eyes up here!

Ugh yeah, I don't indentify with the characters in Atlas ... Fountainhead is (as of page 130) so _very_ intensely an echo of my own drives and frustrations concerning work that I'm glad I'm only reading it now. If I'd read it ten years earlier it would have predated all these situations and I'd have to shake it off of me.
