yeah, that's what Mike said too. As well as me. I'm guessing it's cause the darn thing was pretty big.

That's not nasty. I saw a site yesterday where a guy had someone take before, during, and after pictures of his brain tumor removal. Knowing how you don't like needles and blood, I'll spare you the link.

It doesn't look that big at all to me! I looks like it will heal quite nicely. :)

But, I don't know how big they are suppose to be? It does look a little like someone tried to knife ya. lol

well, i think what we were expecting was about 1/4 of that. the mass was larger than he expected and the possibility that the entire thyroid was going to come out probably played a part too. Oh and he had a hard time finding my vocal cord nerves.

Wow, it's healing VERY nicely.

My scars are still so dark :(

I put Dr. Tichenor's on all of our booboos. I think that's what helped Garrett's scar look as well as it does.

Are yours visible in everyday? My c-section scar still looks kinda funky, well when I look there!

ack, motherhood it's great for the brain cells

in everyday clothing can it be seen? what does your scar look like - got a pic? I got some mederma to see if it works. With Garrett though we just continously put Dr. Tichenors (my family is from Louisiana and it's like backwoods medicine) stuff on it. His nurse and cardiologist have never seen a scar look so good. Plus, it's one that's been opened up 2x.
