There is a place close to work that has sushi packaged and ready to go. I love it.

Oh, yeah... *drool* Tokyo Express now sells sushi in almost every grocery stode in Edmonton, and I just love it. My favourite combo so far is the Salmon and Shrimp, available only at Superstore. It has half California rolls with smoked salmon on top, and half... I think they're called dynomite rolls, made with tempura shrimp, cucumber, and sweet egg. It's got a couple of little cucumber rolls in it, too.

I also like the smoked eel sushi, and can finally understand why my folks, with their Dutch upbringing, used to come home from the butcher with whole smoked eels. Yummy!

I am seeing it in more and more grocery stores, but I am never near a store when I want it! This place is actually a little Vietnamese place that make awesome vermicelli. mmmm....
