So, I received a wedding invite today.  Yeah, it's for a wedding this Sunday.  Wha?!!?

I knew my cousin was planning on marrying his fiance the weekend before Halloween but I assumed the plans were pushed back when I didn't hear anything.  But today we got the invitation and according to my other cousins, they all got theirs today or haven't gotten

All I can say is WOW. I'd probably go, simply b/c if you're going to give them a gift (card) anyways, you might as well witness the whole train wreck first hand and get some good stories from it. ;) But I can totally understand not going based solely on the timing of the invite. Who waits until the week of the wedding to send out invitations????

Oh my gosh! It's sad that they have placed so little importance on their wedding by using it as just an opportunity to get gifts. And the spelling is horrible! You would think they would have used spell check.
