I'm sorry to ask but I was wondering if you ran the Aikido club here? I assumed so -- I find that I have been challenged to a match and I think I'd better brush up on my rather rusty skills, so I was wondering if I could use the dojo for a while when it's not occupied.

I always have a new year's resolution for the beginning of every school year instead of in January. Last year's was to try and give fewer detentions but I don't think it worked very well ( Read more... )

Not long until the school re-opens! Though really, I suspect I'm more excited about all this than most of the students... I need to get out more. Well, it'll be nice to see all the old faces again, and to welcome the new ones as well.

I must make sure I've got everything together... busy, busy, busy...

You know, every year at this time I realise how much work I actually do getting ready for school... It's exhausting and the term hasn't actually started yet.
