I've had a spine tap sweetie, they are not fun. So you just have to wait this thing out?

yeah the thought of a spinal and i started to bawl in an out-of-control manner. I will wait it out but if I do not feel better I will go back in. I dont want to put me or he baby in harms way but I didn't want to do what I though wasn't nesesary today1

If you do end up going in for the spinal tap insist that the doctor numb the area before he does anything. When they say relax do everything in your power to at least realx your back and grip the life out of something else with your hands. I didn't want to get mine either, but in the end I thought it was worth it to find out what was wrong with me. I did like you did though, I made them rule out almost every other option before I let them do to tap.
