Yes! I like spiced tea but it's hard right now finding a good spiced chai where I am and what's online is priced out or out of stock so I looked up ingredients to a typically marsala chai and made it myself.
My microwave burnt out, so I've been having to heat water on the stove. I think I like the taste better, but the cup doesn't get too hot, so it gets cold quicker. Anyone else notice this sort of thing?
See imprefer non microwave water because overall the water stays hotter for longer. I would suggest though that you do what we used to do way back when - heat the cup up before making your tea. I've been meaning to get one of those fancy tea warmer things those look lovely.
I'm drinking All Day Breakfast by Republic of Tea. It's a blend of Keemun and Oolong. I hate to sound like a commercial but Republic of Tea makes some great teas and you can order them online if your grocery store doesn't have them. They do a LOT of different kinds.
I love Republic of Tea! I think my favorite of theirs is Earl Greyer. It's their brand(s) of pumpkin spice and apple cider I've been brewing lately. Have not tried the All Day Breakfast; I'll keep it in mind next time I order.

Today I made my regular pot of tea but I added in some spices - pepper, ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon, and clove.

Sounds great. I have a lot of spice teas, one of my faves is cardamom cinnamon.

I heat water on the stove, but then once it's brewed I chill it. Don't hate me. LOL!

lol My sister will heat up water, put a teabag in it, then walk away. So, same thing with her.

Hey, I'm a Twinings fan, so nothing wrong with tea companies.

I like Twinings too, I just don't like ads.
