so i finished my 10 day fast two days ago, and im not planning on continuing.. and i havent. the last 3 days i felt really weak, dizzy, light headed..you name it. but at the same time i feel great, like ive accomplished so much and my body is getting slimmer. i can see it in my face and stomach, not so much my legs but ill get there. i weighed

Ahhh my thinspiration is back :). I think my resolustion is just to go to the gym a minimum of 4 days. Try and stay in shape as well as losing, hopefully.
Good luck and 123 is a good number.
