Here I am again. Feeling physically full and my soul so empty. For the past 5 days I've been eating anything and everything whenever I wanted. I really need to start controling myself. It's rather difficult living up to my own expectations. I so determined to be 125lbs. So that means losing 30lbs. That seems like so much. Simply fasting is ( Read more... )

I think you can totally lose 10 pounds in two weeks! Restricting would probably work better, because then you would be less likely to binge (because I know I sure do after fasting). I'm fasting right now, but not out of choice...I just can't bring myself to eat anything after watching the documentary Thin. I recommend it! If you search "thin documentary" on youtube you can watch the whole thing in 11 parts. It showed me that I'm really no where near wanting recovery, and for some reason after seeing the other girl's dedication I can't bring myself to eat...that might be twisted but maybe you'll understand :) if you ever need support don't hesitate to comment on my page or something :)
