>>Art came long before industry, thus it has no dependency on it. So why does the music, movie, etc "industries" exist?
yeah dude, and why does the music "industry" threaten to declare the "end" of music when their sales figures and profits drop? last I checked the 4-tracks and CD burners of the world were working fine.
and come to think of it, rock and roll was born and exploded in an age where every record label had no more than a few bands on it, and some guy pressed all the 45s in his basement.
Mike and I had a paper due today in our composition class. We had to write about a garage sale that we "did" in order to earn money for charity. It's to bad Mike got drunk and did this instead of showing up since he was the one with the paper. Also, it's to bad he convinced me we only had to do one for the group and not one individually. Oh well, I still had a good time. Me and Alex ran away from class while they were in the process of going outside to study. Anyway, that is the only qualm I have with this. Other than you didn't rip into the recent Jessica Simpson publicity onslaught. Talk about Attention that is not deserved. Christian bitch.
