I just called our local police station and no one picked up. It's 12:30 in the afternoon.

Sunday night I went to a pool hall named "Fast Eddies" somewhere out in Virginia. It was pretty empty- there were about 20 tables but only two were being used. I ate a "burrito dos manos" from Baja Fresh and then headed over to the pool hall to shoot around a little and drink a beer. Halfway through my beer a guy came up and wanted to play for small money. We think of our culture as Simpsonsmolded, by which I mean molded by the Simpsons, but my English teachers always told me that being succinct was more important than the Simpsons.
