IWinGames Malware

I have this really stupid piece of malware on my computer I can't remove, called IWinGames. There are 3 instances of it on my computer according to Spybot S&D and it's this really annoying thing that keeps giving me click-redirect ads whenever I use a search engine. And I can't get rid of it
