Well, time to rape the failed housing market, get a loan, and buy that foreclosed house. Screw $1250/mo rent when I can have $850/mo mortgage and be totally free to do as I damn well please.

Well, still haven't decided on the house, yet. Still lookin, but by mid-october, no more renting.
