Today there was a talk about the ethics of cognitive enhancement. The speaker's expertise was in sports enhancement and he laid out the principles in those terms and then applied them over, it worked well. Saw the Dalai Lama speak at my neuroscience conference yesterday. I stood/sat in line for maybe 1.5 hours, and it paid off in a 5th-row seat.
