My first thought was hacking up one end of the ethernet, and attaching the posi/negi wires to the nodes from a tens-unit.

My second thought was that this could be a really, really bad idea.

But it'd be a hell of a project with some actual planning :) Not sure what it'd to to your electrolyte or emf balance though.

You could make some sort of collar or necklace with a port in it and "wire" it to your head with spirals of thick copper wire.
