As I've learned these last two weeks since the company I work for launched a new website, very few people remember how to read when faced with a computer...

My mother did the exact same thing. I was trying to troubleshoot over the phone and she kept telling me she couldn't see the login screen, getting more and more frustrated as time went by. Then, by the time she finally got it working, we were both so irritated at the other that we couldn't even talk, haha.

My dad called and said "I've got 2 Internet explorer icons on my desktop now, only one of them seems to surf the web faster, why is that?".

I had no clue, so I had him install chrome.

2 hours laters I get a text with "Google rocks!"

So I guess it fixed his problem.
