Well, I made some bread that I'm considering an experiment in how many things you can do wrong with sourdough and still have it come out ok. Last week Viv gave us some 40 year old sourdough starter. This morning the spouse made her first sourdough pancakes. Very good. Next week she may try sourdough bread (if she doesn't I will). -
