BTDT - My husband wouldn't let me bit on a couple of houses because he didn't like the closeness and size of some trees on the property.

Well, we knew going in we'd have to cut down some trees and have the backyard graded first thing. We got a good deal on the place and definitely couldn't have bought it for what it was listed for last year. :)
