I need to get rid of this stray cats. Someone needs to take them...

Elmo is a orange male about 10-12 weeks old. I found him about a week ago right outside my apartment covered in fleas. He is better now, and has no fleas. Loves to cuddle and play. He is also energtic and is good with other pets.
