I was given the YES to go to training for Body Attack. I am planning on going to one in NJ in Jan. Donna also suggested I go on stage with Suzy for the entire class and to actually teach a track. Kind of bummed. The foot I fractured in July has been bothering me. I ran only 3 miles tonight and my foot is throbing. UGH! I don't want to give any activity up and I sure don't want to have surgery in case it hasn't healed properly.

It's Friday night and I'm on the couch watching Forest Gump. Perfect (except the foot).

Tomorrow is the new release for Body Attack. I met with Suzy tonight to practice. Wow, that's a hard class to learn! I'm getting there and should only make a few mistakes tomorrow ;-)

Soo happy it's Friday, even though the weekend ahead is already planned.

John wants me back at TCBY. He wanted me to work two days next weekend! When I told him I'd only do one, he asked if I would work 12-9 on that day. HECK NO!! This frustrates me like no other. Adam's family just got a puppy. She is 6 weeks old and the cutest little thing. She is a Rottweiler, German Shepard, black lab mix. She will be a monster someday, but I will hold her and let her bite my fingers for now.
