Mommies with babies already...

I'm 33 weeks along.

Did anyone else get to this stage and actually find themselves wanting their labor to start just for something exciting and out of the ordinary to happen? I'm incedibly bored with being pregnant at the moment.

Nope. I didn't find myself really wanting to go into labor until I hit 37 weeks (full term). I had a friend who's son was born at 28 weeks and i saw everything she went through. I would never wish a preemie on anyone or want one. I'm not saying that's what you mean, just explaining why I wouldn't. But I understand wanting your lil angel here now.

Oh, i by no means want my baby to be unhealthy, thats the last thing i'd ever want. I just want something exciting to happen to make me interested in being pregnant again.

I totally understand about the whole being "bored with being pregnant". I got tired of it in probably the beginning of the 3rd trimester and was like, "okay, joyous occasion, now I'm done", but hindsight, I really do wish I had, I dunno, relished in being pregnant. Sounds pretty corny and cliche, but it's the truth. I wish that I had enjoyed it more. So, try to forget about all the ailments and boredom and whatnot, and really try to ENJOY being pregnant, cuz you're probably gonna miss it later. Only 7 more weeks!!!

It's completely normal. With all three of my kids I just got tired near the end and just wanted labor to start to get it done and over with. By the end of your pregnancy your body is just physically exhausted but you may find yourself in the next couple weeks getting a sudden burst of energy and the need to clean everything and anything in sight as part of a mothers nesting instinct.

I already have the urge to clean everything!

I get fusterated at myself because i'll get half way through and want to take a nana nap. in the end everything i wanted to get done is half done because my body just gets sooo tired. haha. the wonders of pregnancy.
