Thank you Zanie. It's better this way then him sitting in a hospital suffering. Honestly the idea that he woke up had coffee and did the Sunrise really makes things far more ok for me! That he was brain dead before he left his bed tells me he was done he knew it was time. His love lives on. Thats all any of us can hope for.....

He was like a second dad to me. In my younger years when dad wasn't old enough mentally to be a dad he WAS my dad. I love Grampy. It's super hard for me to imagine how it's gonna be when we go home and he's not sitting in his chair.

Thank you Sorry it took me so long to respond things have been busy. I have done way way way too many 6 hour drives in the past month to try to be both at school and with my family.
