How It Works

1. Every bingo card is a 5x5 grid with 24 randomized prompts taken from our masterlist of prompts and a free space. Five pairings will act as your B-I-N-G-O headers, and your goal is to fill in pairing/prompt squares to form a bingo. Bingos come in a variety of patterns - see the patterns and scoring page for complete information.

2. Squares are filled in by completing a fanwork related to the pairing/prompt. To fill a square, a new fanwork must be created, which means you cannot use fanworks that have already been posted before signing up. You can reuse a square on your card as much as you want, but a new fanwork must be created for it each time.

3. The following are classified as fanwork for this challenge: fic, art, icons, recs, picspams, videos, podfic, fanmixes, or meta. There are minimum amounts to each fanwork to count as a fill, which are as followed:

Fic - 500 words
Meta - 1000 words
Art - medium sized (around 400x400 pixels)
Icons - set of 10
Recs - 10 recs
Podfic - 500 words
Picspam - 20 pics
Video - 30 seconds
Fanmixes - 10 songs

4. Fills can be posted wherever you like (your journal, Ao3, tumblr, etc), the only exception is to this community directly. Please only post to this community when you're declaring a bingo or a bonus. All posts to the community should follow the posting template!

5. After you've completed your first bingo, you can work on a second or a bonus, or request a new bingo card. Please note that you must complete at least one bingo on your card before requesting another. If for some reason you find any prompts on your card triggering, please do not hesitate to contact me so we can work on something that'll be okay for you.

6. All prompts are open to interpretation! If you find a specific prompt difficult, try to use your imagination and think of it in a new light. First time might at first read as first time having sex, but it can definitely be used for anything note-worthy a character/pairing does for the first time. Also remember that you can definitely focus on the absence of a prompt - ie, a fic where a character is bothered by the lack of cuddling they participate in.

7. Make sure you warn for triggering content! Including, but certainly not limited to: rape, incest, abuse, suicide, self-harm, etc. If you're worried that a warning could spoil your story, feel free to grey-out them so that readers can choose whether or not to read using the code below.
