My mom and dad both agree with the idea that every person is born with 4 empty cells in its brain. It takes 10 years for each cell to get filled up meaning at the age of 40, all four cells are filled and the person reaches the peak of smartness and then starting from 40 it goes downwards with each cell emptying in every ten years.
