I'm making donuts - the kind that takes all day to make, first the dough is kneaded then you have to let it raise, then you twist them into the shapes, let them raise again, and then you finally plop them in a pan of boiling oil...yum. Autumn. I havn't had the 'good' kind of donuts in ages, and autumn is obviously the time to make them. Ergo, today
