Jayne and River dance beautifully together.

This is a birthday fic for literarylemming that turned into a monster. It's a little departure from what I've seen in some other Rayne fics. First part found here.

( He's drawn toward her, a pull somewhere near his stomach. He just has to know if she can make good on all those promises. )

Just so you know the 'sloppy kisses' at the end was my favorite image. I want to write an entire fic about how Jayne gets all cuddly and tired and smoochy after sex and he can't stop kissing River even though he's falling asleep and the kisses turn all sloppy and smushed. :)
