How 'bout that Livejournal strike I've been hearing so much about? (by which, I mean I've seen two people post about it)

Yes, this was just an excuse to post on a day I'm not supposed to post on. Not that I have any hard feelings against those who are striking... it just seems, well, silly.

head = temp.length - (fifo.length - head);
fifo = temp;

is not the same as

fifo =  temp;
head = temp.length - (fifo.length - head);

especially when fifo and temp are arrays with two different lengths.

Wasted an hour and a half figuring THAT one out.

Well, I found out why my Pandora radio was cutting out all the time on my laptop. Also why I was able to get impossibly fast download speeds on it, given the limitations of our DSL ( Read more... )
