WOW. Who does shit like that? You're right to call her a cunt. Older yuppie women have always been my least favorite customers. They think everyone who works a blue collar job is suddenly their personal servant. I'm glad she didn't get her money back. When I worked at the gas station, every once in a while a yuppie lady would come in and ask me to pump her gas for her (even though we were NOT a full-service station) because she had "just gotten a manicure" and she didn't want to break a nail.
