It's mostly been a whirlwind of work for me this week. Yesterday I worked a 12 hour day when it was supposed to be 7 lol I watched Serendipity night before last. I love that movie. Carrie update: Still doing better. There is talk of her leaving the hospital when they can get all her treatments and therapy sessions lined up.

Work update: This week was mostly work. My job is so stressful some days I am ready to give up as soon as I clock out. Overwhelmed is an understatement.

Carrie update: She was moved to a regular room and out of ICU a couple days ago. She is recovering well! She will have to be on antiobiotics for several months and she has to go to physical therapy and breathing therapy but hopefully she can go home soon. She was in ICU 13 days and has been in the hospital almost 3 weeks now.

Carrie gave us QUITE a scare this week. She has been ICU all week. Medical-induced coma. We visited daily for a while, got shifts covered at work for two days and we were by her side every time the ICU "window" opened. She started waking up one night and gave me such hope when she squeezed my hand after I told her I loved her and that Michael ( Read more... )

This week seemed to be one bad thing after another leading up to the worst of events, which was Carrie getting put in the hospital day before yesterday. she went to the doctor for a sore/swollen shoulder and the next thing you know she was being prepped for surgery. The beginning of my week was swallowed by the iPhone launch...then I spent 2 days catching up on other work and sleep. The past 2 days were spent in McComb running around town getting ads for our playbill. For those of you who are not on my facebook friends list, I am in another show.
