 The Ministry of Transportation of Ontario really wants you to spend that 15 bucks on their damned handbook.  There's no online version ANYWHERE.

Not too surprising; it would get pirated. After all, it's over-priced, and you'll only use it for a short while, so of course everyone would give a copy to their friends.

On the other hand - someone you know probably bought one and still has it and will never look at it again so... maybe start mentioning it around. :)

I'd give you mine, but it's over 10 years old now. You're welcome to it if you want, not that much can have changed. I THINK it's in my car...
