Training starts tomorrow

hitting the gym in a few hours actually. I need to start losing weight and take my life into my hands. Lets hope it works. I'll be using this kinda like an update thing for myself and hopefully everyon else will be excited with it too! Okay I doubt anyone else will care but meh its for me ( Read more... )

Sorry to butt in. I know I don't know you and you don't know me, but I was commenting in "OneWho's" journal and meant to go to my friends page but ended up on his. I read your entry and I am in the process of loosing weight too. I created a profile at www.calorie-count.com and recomend it. You can put in your start weight and goal weight and it will calculate a reasonable goal date and the calorie intake you should have to reach that goal. The site also has a food log that can add up your calories for you. You just have to put in what you ate everyday. Than when you hit your max calories for the day, don't eat anything else. If you are excersizing you can have more calories. It's a good tool. When I first started dieting I was 218 lbs, I got down to 177 at one point, but I got frustrated and went off the diet for a while. I got back up to 195 a couple of weeks ago, so I got back on the plan, I re calculated my goal date and calories and got back with it. I have lost 5 lbs in the last 2 weeks and counting. My goal is 155 by March ( ... )
