Bustin ass busts your face
Today mom had a doc appointment early. I was gonna take today off and decided no I should go. So I went about an hour ago. Problem is I feel ill and this didnt help. Went to do my Biggest Loser DVD but too much glare to see what they were doing so just did 20 minutes on the bike. Was going to do 30 again but my legs started to not want to move. Ouch..
20 minute bike- ~4.8 miles. -

Was way too tired to go to the gym today but said I cant just sit and do nothing, so I rode our exercise bike while I watched a poker show I recorded. Its not much but its better than nothing :)
