My BPAL List
Here's the list of the BPAL I have as of July 2009. I'll try to update this when I get new stuff, but I really can't promise anything. I didn't really put the accurate levels of oil in the imps and decants because it'd take forever, but I can easily let anyone know. And I'll try to do something about the order soon.

I can't believe it took me this long but I finally left mock_the_stupid. Years ago I used to love reading it, well before discovering stuff like stupid_free. Out of boredom I tried to actually read a few recent posts in MTS, and the place has definitely become "let's mock other cultures for not having the same education and knowledge we do, HURR!!". The summer that wasn't.
Man, it feels like summer never happened here in New York. This is the first summer that I can remember where it hasn't even broken 90 degrees. Hell in most of July, it barely broke 80! Not that I love excessive heat, being prone to dehydration and sun sickness, but come on. Most of this summer has been rain, rain, and more rain. I haven't ( Read more... ) -

Okay. I'm beggining to think the female kitten, Jill, is a vampire or something. They sleep in my room, and EVERY night I inevitably wake up to find herself burying her little butt in my blankets and making her way to my neck. Toshiba Netbook
My new netbook arrived on Monday and I'm typing on it right now. I love it!! I'm so glad I waited awhile from when I initially started considering getting one. Toshiba's netbook only just came onto the market in North America last month. Though the internal hardware is relatively standard fare for Netbooks of the same price range, the design is ( Read more... ) -
Update on things.
The kittens saw the vet for the first time on Friday morning. This was a new vet for me too; I like my regular vet but this lady specializes in cats, especially ferals and rescues. Overall I was pleased with the experience. Jack and Jill were pretty behaved (besides crying in the car) and she was gentle with them. They got their first round of ( Read more... ) -
Jumping on the netbook bandwagon
The little rescue kittens I spoke of before are doing really well. For awhile I was a bit worried about the male one because he was so much smaller and skinnier than his sister, but he seems to be putting on some weight now. They're both seeing the vet on Friday for their first shots and to decide when they should be spayed and neutered. I still ( Read more... ) -

Ugh. I thought I'd be doing myself a favor by not loading myself with summer courses after the hell that was last semester, but I'm already bored out of my mind. Nothing too exciting has been happening at work except an ongoing ebb and flow of illnesses and vacations. Memorial day weekend, whee
So. The semester from hell finally ended. Yeah I'm kinda shocked about that too. I thought for sure I was gonna suffer a meltdown somewhere along the line, but I held it together. Took my finals, hauled my crap out of my room, and headed home without too many hitches. There have definitely been annoyances being back home, but I'll deal with it ( Read more... )
