 Completed.  Yoga today, which will be brutal since my gf is gonna come do it with me and she's a yoga freak.  So i'm gonna get my ass kicked

2arm Tricep Kickbacks: 15/15

Full Supination Con Curls: 12/11

Static Arm Curls: 16/16
Flip-Grip Twist Tri Kickbacks: 15/15(10lbs)

I assume that means you did half the abs? The second half goes faster, Teki (due to its intense, paralyzing pain).

And the thought of you being schooled by a girl is all I need to rock tonight's yoga. Gotta get my results from yesterday up soon, just haven't had time for a full post.

well played teki, from now on i will always finish ab X now. Its not the abs that start killing me, its my hip flexors, just brutal. Get on it tic tac
