So for Thursday, I really didn't feel like doing the workout, but I knew I had to, and I knew I had to get it done, no matter how I felt.  It didn't end up half bad, but my lack of energy shows in some of my numbers.  Friday felt awesome and a little Yoga was rocktastic ( Read more... )

Please forgive the low quality. It's dark and nasty outside, this is my laptop's built in camera and I've been too lazy to change the lights in my room for a week. Also, I still only weigh 149 pounds, which hasn't changed for the last week no matter how much I eat. I truly am the anti-American.
