Felt awesome on Saturday until about halfway through the workout, when all my energy just disappeared. Complete shutout. 99% sure it's dietary, as it happens every weekend and I have a hell of a time eating enough on the weekends

no worries tek, i'm not. Gonna be taking my gfs laptop in order to do the videos. Screwed up my schedule a bit yesterday. it was a family day and couldnt get to kenpo, so just made it my resst/stretch day and did some stretching on my own, so gonna do the kenpo tonight instead. I tried starting the video last night around 10:30, after having a huge dinner with the fam, and was getting a bit queazy.
yeah, this second month is going to be the "b. teki kicks ass" month. I'm gonna get back from the islands and get multi-vits, an energy drink, and an after workout protein drink. Then gonna really watch my diet, and kick some major ass. So prepare yourself tictac
