 Did the chest/shoulder/tri workout yesterday.  My video doesnt work, so I had to watch a timelapsed version on youtube to learn what the moves were.  I might of screwed up the Plange Push-up, but i'll look it up and another individually before the next workout.  Overall I thought it was a good one.  I got my shakes and drinks so we'll see how the ( Read more... )
