You beat me on chair dips, but I had the upper hand on the side tri rises. And 20lbs for the static arm curls? Come on Teki. Surely you can at least do 25?
yeah, i thought about it. But with i/o curls, and the supine curls, and the fact that the deep swimmers press has a slight curl in it, i'm pretty much bi toast at that moment. So went with 20s instead. Next time i'll rock the 25s for sure
