So i didnt do yoga yesterday, had real life personal stuff that kept me from it, but i'm gonna just call that the rest day and do it on monday.  But yesterday I did the legs and back.  overall it was a good workout, didnt really push myself except for in the pullup department.  and reall just on the first set.  You'll see the numbers.  But I was ( Read more... )
