Rocked the Yoga. My arms were pretty damn sore but it turned out that I didn't even feel it through the workout. I guess Yoga was just working my arms in different ways than what had made them sore. Passed out hard after Yoga (and forgot my recovery drink >.I felt kinda let down during Legs and Back cause I wasn't making huge improvements, but
