Did everything except for plyo's yesterday.  Had another tuesday where I did chest workout plus basketball in the evening.  The problem with that is that I killed my ankle, and it was way too sore to workout.  But I started the video anyways with my brace on.  Made it halfway through and the laptop went bluescreen on me, so i just didnt bother ( Read more... )

The weights you used put mine to shame, Teki. I have no idea how you could do the weighted circles with 20lbs. That's ridiculous.

If your real world issues could be at all serviced by your untimely demise, I will bite the bullet and execute your destruction ahead of schedule. Hardly seems sporting if you're wearing a brace, though.
