Did everything except for plyo's yesterday. Had another tuesday where I did chest workout plus basketball in the evening. The problem with that is that I killed my ankle, and it was way too sore to workout. But I started the video anyways with my brace on. Made it halfway through and the laptop went bluescreen on me, so i just didnt bother
