Well i've had a rough week tekster. Things have been up in down RL, so i havent been diligent with the workout i'll admit. I'm going to try and not miss a day from here on out, but I cant promise anything with the way things have been recently. I've pretty much kept my weight days going, but my cardio and yoga days have been missed too much this

Your idea for the next set sounds interesting. I've got a ton of RL stuff going on too, so it'll just depend on whether I can keep up a daily workout or not. What am I saying? I'll just quit sleeping.
