Well i've had a rough week tekster.  Things have been up in down RL, so i havent been diligent with the workout i'll admit.  I'm going to try and not miss a day from here on out, but I cant promise anything with the way things have been recently.  I've pretty much kept my weight days going, but my cardio and yoga days have been missed too much this ( Read more... )

Only to my Teki have I ever wanted to say "don't sweat it" and "you're a worthless bastard and I will destroy you" in the same breath. Bout to start Shoulders & Arms. Will try to do a major post update after that if I'm still able to move.

Your idea for the next set sounds interesting. I've got a ton of RL stuff going on too, so it'll just depend on whether I can keep up a daily workout or not. What am I saying? I'll just quit sleeping.
