Indeed indeed. I really enjoyed yesterday's workout. I need to keep pushing myself cause i bet i too could upweight some of the exercises. I definitely gained reps since last week which is awesome as well. Semi-dreading plyo's today. I'm tired after a terrible nights sleep. We shall see
